شروط وأحكام استخدام خدمة معزوم

تغييرات في شروط الاستخدام تخضع شروط استخدام خدمة معزوم للتغيير بشكل دوري. في حال إجراء أي تعديلات، سيقوم موقع معزوم بإصدار إخطارات لإبقاء المستخدمين على علم. استمرار استخدام موقع معزوم يعتبر قبولاً لهذه الشروط والأحكام المحدثة، التي يتم مراجعتها من وقت لآخر لتحسين جودة الخدمة وتجربة المستخدم. قد يؤدي عدم الالتزام بهذه الشروط إلى تعليق حساب المستخدم دون إشعار مسبق وقد يترتب على ذلك عدم استرداد الرسوم في بعض الحالات.

تعليق الحساب تحتفظ معزوم بالحق في تجميد أي حساب مؤقتاً أو تعليقه بشكل دائم في حال استخدامه بطريقة غير قانونية أو غير لائقة. قد يتلقى المستخدمون تحذيرات لانتهاك الشروط والأحكام أو للاستخدام غير المناسب للموقع. يمكن تسليم هذه التحذيرات عبر واجهة الموقع أو البريد الإلكتروني المسجل للمستخدم. بينما لا تؤثر التحذيرات على نشاط الحساب على الفور، إلا أن الانتهاكات الخطيرة قد تؤدي إلى التعليق الدائم.

الانتهاكات التي تؤدي إلى التعليق الدائم تشمل:

خرق أي شرط أو بند من شروط معزوم.
الإضرار بموقع معزوم أو مستخدميه بأي وسيلة، بما في ذلك السرقة أو الضرر بأي من الخدمات المرتبطة بمعزوم للاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات.
الكشف عن معلومات خاصة غير متاحة للعامة مثل الرسائل بين البائعين والمشترين، أو رسائل تذاكر الدعم، والتي تعتبر انتهاكًا لخصوصية معزوم.
الانخراط في الترويج أو الإعلان أو البيع للمنافسين أو المواقع المماثلة بدون تصريح.
سوء استخدام خدمات معزوم لخداع أو استغلال الآخرين.
استخدام وسائل دفع مسروقة أو غير مصرح بها.
الانخراط في سلوك مسيء تجاه أي مستخدم أو جهة مرتبطة بمعزوم أو خارجها.
محاولة الاحتيال على موقع معزوم أو مستخدميه.
العمل كوسيط في المعاملات داخل معزوم، بالتعامل المباشر مع الدفعات مما قد يؤدي إلى تعليق جميع الحسابات المعنية.
بيع الحساب على معزوم؛ يتم تعليق الحسابات التي تحدد في معاملات البيع على الفور.
التسجيل بجنس مغاير خلال التسجيل.
الانتهاك المتكرر لشروط معزوم، أو إضافة معلومات الاتصال الشخصية بشكل متكرر، أو إدراج الخدمات التي تنتهك الشروط المحددة.
استخدام معزوم لأنشطة غير متعلقة بالدعوات مثل الإعلانات أو الترويج.
انتحال شخصية شخص آخر.
إنشاء دعوات لأحداث وهمية أو لأغراض غير أخلاقية تتعارض مع تعاليم الدين الإسلامي أو قوانين المملكة العربية السعودية ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
قرصنة المنتجات لاستخدامها في معزوم أو طلب قرصنة أي منتج.
استخدام تصاميم تنتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.

استخدام العلامة التجارية وادعاء الملكية أو الشراكة:

يحظر استخدام العلامة التجارية لمعزوم أو ادعاء ملكية خدمات معزوم دون تصريح. يشمل ذلك التمثيل الكاذب بالارتباط بمعزوم، استخدام العلامات التجارية لمعزوم بدون إذن، أو الادعاء بالملكية على خدمات معزوم. قد تؤدي الانتهاكات لهذه السياسة إلى تعليق الحساب على الفور واتخاذ إجراءات قانونية محتملة

إرشادات الدعوات:

تحتفظ معزوم بالحق في رفض أي دعوة لا تتوافق مع شروطها وأحكامها، ويمكنها رفض أي دعوة لأسباب تراها الإدارة مناسبة. لا يتم تقديم استردادات للمبالغ المدفوعة للدعوات التي يتم رفضها بسبب عدم الامتثال.

يجب ألا تحتوي الدعوات على عبارات غير واضحة أو غامضة.
يجب ألا تكون الدعوات سياسية أو طائفية أو تنتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
يجب ألا توجه الدعوات إلى عناوين بريد إلكتروني أو أرقام هواتف غير صحيحة أو عشوائية.
يجب ألا ترسل الدعوات باسم شخص آخر دون موافقته.
يحظر إرسال دعوات البريد العشوائي والإعلانات وتلك المستخدمة لأغراض لا تتماشى مع عروض خدمة معزوم.

مراجعة دورية والتغذية الراجعة: تتم مراجعة هذه الشروط باستمرار. يُشجع المستخدمون على مراجعة الشروط بانتظام والإبلاغ عن أي تفاصيل غير واضحة أو أخطاء. تقدر معزوم التغذية الراجعة من مستخدميها بخصوص أي تناقضات لوحظت في الإصدارات السابقة من الشروط.

Changes to Terms of Use The terms of use for Mazoom are subject to change periodically. In the event of any amendments, Mazoom will issue notifications to keep users informed. Continued use of the Mazoom website constitutes acceptance of these updated terms and conditions, which are revised occasionally to enhance service quality and user experience. Non-compliance with these terms may result in suspension of the user's account without prior notice and may lead to non-refundable charges under certain circumstances.

Account Suspension Mazoom reserves the right to temporarily freeze or permanently suspend any account if it is used in an illegal or inappropriate manner. Users may receive warnings for violating the terms and conditions or for inappropriate use of the site. These warnings can be delivered through the site interface or the user’s registered email. While warnings do not immediately affect account activity, severe breaches can lead to permanent suspension.

Violations Leading to Permanent Suspension Include:

Breaching any term or condition specified by Mazoom.
Harming Mazoom’s website or its users in any way, including theft or damage to any associated services of Mazoom for Telecommunications and Information Technology.
Disclosing private information not publicly accessible such as messages between buyers and sellers, or support ticket messages, which constitutes a privacy violation of Mazoom.
Engaging in promotion, advertising, or sales for competitors or similar sites without authorization.
Misusing Mazoom’s services to deceive or exploit others.
Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
Engaging in abusive behavior towards any user or entity related to or external to Mazoom.
Attempting to defraud Mazoom or its users.
Acting as an intermediary in transactions within Mazoom, directly handling payments which can lead to suspension of all involved accounts.
Selling an account on Mazoom; accounts identified in sale transactions are immediately suspended.
Misrepresenting gender during registration.
Repeated violations of Mazoom’s terms, repeatedly adding personal contact information, or listing services that violate established terms.
Using Mazoom for non-invitation related activities such as advertising or promotions.
Impersonating another individual.
Creating invitations for fictitious events or for unethical purposes that contravene Islamic teachings or the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Pirating products for use on Mazoom or soliciting product piracy.
Using designs that infringe intellectual property rights.

Prohibited Use of Brand Name and Ownership Claims:

It is prohibited to use the Mazoom brand name or to claim ownership of Mazoom’s services without authorization. This includes misrepresenting association with Mazoom, unauthorized use of Mazoom’s trademarks, or asserting ownership over Mazoom’s services. Violations of this policy may lead to immediate account suspension and potential legal actions.

Invitation Guidelines: Mazoom reserves the right to reject any invitation that does not comply with its terms and conditions, and can refuse any invitation for reasons deemed appropriate by its administration. No refunds are provided for payments made for invitations that are rejected due to non-compliance.

Invitations must not contain unclear or ambiguous terms.
Invitations must not be political, sectarian, or violate intellectual property laws.
Invitations must not direct to incorrect or randomly generated email addresses or phone numbers.
Invitations must not be sent on behalf of someone else without their consent.
Spam invitations and those used for purposes not aligned with Mazoom’s service offerings are prohibited.
